Rana Tosto is a Brazilian audiovisual professional based in São Paulo, with nearly ten years of experience in the field. She has worked extensively as a freelancer and in staff positions at production companies, managing complete production cycles — from initial briefing to final delivery — with autonomy, organization, and creative precision.
Her main focus is video editing, yet her background spans photography, direction, and production, and she has contributed to projects in documentary, music video, advertising, and film. This diverse experience gives her a broad, strategic view of each production phase.
Rana’s editing is informed by her passion for cinema and literature, favoring a cinematic and narrative-driven approach. She creates work with rhythm, emotional depth, and visual storytelling.
Notable highlights include the editing of Beyoncé’s 2023 performance in Salvador, a project that was personally approved by the artist and her team. She has also collaborated with leading brands and events such as Chanel, Balenciaga, Natura, Avon, Paris Fashion Week, Mercado Livre, Rock in Rio, The Town, and Coala Festival, often working under tight deadlines with high-quality real-time delivery.
In parallel with her commercial work, Rana develops personal projects in music and cinema, exploring hybrid forms and experimental visual languages. She is currently completing a screenwriting program at AIC (Academia Internacional de Cinema).
She is available for remote, on-site, or hybrid collaborations, adapting to each project’s needs with flexibility and professionalism.
